Bio:
Graduated in Economics, Banking and Finance from the University of Messina, he spent a year of Erasmus+ at Universitatea Romano-Americana. He completed his specialization in the UK, obtaining a Masters in Finance from The University of Dundee.
He has been working with Studio Biscozzi Nobili & Partners since July 2024.
Expertise:
While studying abroad, he participated in various projects organized by universities, national and multinational organizations such as IBM, Blackstone, EY, Elevator UK and UBS. These projects focused on Corporate Finance, International Taxation and Corporate Management.
Over the course of his working career, he has acquired experience in management control, financial evaluations for M&A operations and primary firm Transfer Pricing. His areas of specialization mainly include Transfer Pricing and International Taxation, with a particular focus on Italian and foreign multinational groups.
