Bio:
Graduated in Law in 2020 at the University of Milan, in 2023 he took the exam to practice law at the Court of Appeal of Milan and, since September 2023, he has been registered with the Milan Bar Association. He began his professional career in December 2019 collaborating with leading international law firms, first in the Corporate – M&A field and subsequently in the Investment Funds field. He has been collaborating with Studio Biscozzi Nobili & Partners since September 2024.
Expertise:
Between 2020 and 2022 he was assistant at the M&A and Legal Issues in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (LIEI) chairs, as well as expert in Corporate Compliance, at the Carlo Cattaneo LIUC University.
He mainly operates in the areas of Corporate Law and Financial Markets Law, with particular regard to corporate compliance, corporate governance, related party transactions, transparency and market abuse.
